I earned my European Championship title and World Championships titles in my early ages. As a young girl, I challenged myself in a lot of different types of sports. From track and field to professional dancing. I was determined to find my true calling. Fitness. As professional athlete, i had several injuries, broken ankle, food allergies. Therefor my specialty's are: Weight loss, muscle gain, toning, functional training, conditioning, rehabilitation, nutrition. I believe in fitness because it changes lives.
