Ryan Seacrest Reveals What He's Been Up to Since Leaving 'Live!' & If He's Watching the Show

Ryan Seacrest's life has slowed down dramatically since his last episode of Live!

The 48-year-old star bowed out as a co-host of Live with Kelly and Ryan in April. He's since been replaced on the show by Kelly Ripa's husband Mark Consuelos.

Though there are already rumors that he's going to return to the show, Ryan only stopped by as a guest on Thursday (May 18).

While there, he revealed what he's been up to in recent weeks while also making it clear whether he's been tuning in to watch his former co-host onair.

"I've got all kinds of time," Ryan joked during his appearance, according to Entertainment Weekly. "There's this fascinating thing I've experienced called time. I don't know if you guys know about it. The alarm chimes in the morning. It's a soft nudge."

He continued, laying it on pretty thick: "I walk through the forest. The sun is about right here. I look for the beans of coffee. I harvest them," he said.

Ryan also confirmed that he had been watching the show, making it clear that he knows about the changes Mark made to the show's "Truth Game."

"I have to say, I've been watching -- you guys are so great. I love Mark doing the teases. I love the promos I see. I love the game," he shared.
